FDMC Cross Country 2020 – Period 5 & 6 Wednesday 18^th March

Year 9 & 10 Students will run cross country during Period 5.

Year 11’s, 12’s and 13’s will run cross country during Period 6.

Schedule:

• Year 9 & 10s start at 1.50pm
• Year 11 start at 2.25pm (released from Period 5 five minutes early)
• Year 12 & Year 13 at 2.45pm

Runners to complete TWO LAPS of the red course. On the final lap, they finish through the blue course to the Tech Block.

If there are TWO flags on the course runners must run between them.

 If there is a single flag, runners must run 5 meters either side of the flag.

Year 9 & 10s to run in P.E uniform.

Year 11, 12 & 13 to run in their own sports gear.

All participants receive house points for their house.

The Taranaki Secondary School Cross Country event is on Tuesday 19^th of May. The Top 10 Juniors, Intermediate’s and Seniors will be asked to attend.

The 2020 FDMC Year 7 & 8 Cross Country is scheduled for the 26^th of August.
